1. Digital Product Policy
All CAD files sold on CADTrader are digital downloads. Once the file has been
delivered via download link or email, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility (Only in Rare Cases)
- File is completely corrupted or unreadable in standard CAD software
- File is majorly different from the description
- Accidental duplicate payment for the same file
3. How to Request a Refund
- Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
- WhatsApp us at +91 9635639444 with your order ID
- Explain the issue clearly and attach proof (like screenshot or error message)
We will review and respond within 3 working days.
4. What Happens After Refund Approval
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 working days (depending on your bank)
- You must delete all copies of the downloaded file immediately
5. No Refunds in These Cases
- You changed your mind after purchase
- File doesn't work with your software/device
- You didn't read the file specifications properly before buying
- File was modified or altered after download
- You bought the wrong file and downloaded it

- If there’s any issue with a file, contact our support first
- We usually solve problems like file errors or minor bugs quickly
- Most problems can be fixed without needing a refund
