Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

All CAD files sold on CADTrader are digital downloads. Once the file has been delivered via download link or email, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility (Only in Rare Cases)

• File is completely corrupted or unreadable in standard CAD software
• File is majorly different from the description
• Accidental duplicate payment for the same file

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Request must be made within 7 days of purchase
2. WhatsApp us at +91 9635639444 with your order ID
3. Explain the issue clearly and attach proof (like screenshot or error message)

We will review and respond within 3 working days.

4. What Happens After Refund Approval

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 working days (depending on your bank)
• You must delete all copies of the downloaded file immediately

5. No Refunds in These Cases

• You changed your mind after purchase
• File doesn't work with your software/device
• You didn't read the file specifications properly before buying
• File was modified or altered after download
• You bought the wrong file and downloaded it

6. Technical Support

• If there’s any issue with a file, contact our support first
• We usually solve problems like file errors or minor bugs quickly
• Most problems can be fixed without needing a refund
