1. About CADTrader

CADTrader is an online platform that facilitates the buying and selling of high-quality CAD jewellery design files. We connect freelance designers, manufacturers, and buyers through digital assets, tools, and resources.

2. File Licensing & Usage

Each CAD file purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for use in your personal or commercial jewellery-related projects. You are NOT allowed to:

• Claim ownership of the design
• Use the file for illegal or unethical purposes

3. Intellectual Property

All files, designs, and digital content listed on CADTrader are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by the original creator or CADTrader unless stated otherwise.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in INR (₹). Payment gateways such as PhonePe, UPI, and others can be used. You agree to provide accurate billing information.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds only under the following conditions:

• The downloaded file is corrupted and unusable
• The file is entirely different from the description or preview
• Duplicate payment occurred

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase via WhatsApp or email with proof of issue.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our platform. You must not:

• Use bots, scrapers, or automation to collect data or files
• Attempt to bypass security systems
• Post false job opportunities or misleading offers

7. Group & Community Rules

CADTrader offers WhatsApp groups and community tools. By joining, you agree to follow community guidelines and avoid spamming, fraud, or abuse. Violators will be removed without warning.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from:

• Use of CAD files for production or manufacturing errors
• Loss of business due to incorrect usage of files
• Unauthorized access to your account or payment data

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties without consent.
